Pastor's Notes
School started up this past Wednesday. I got the typical question "How was your summer Father?" My reply, "What Summer?" I could not believe simply how fast these weeks have flown by. I am not complaining, but just simply time got by. A summer at the parish filled with baptisms, a couple of weddings and movement on the building campaign. What will the Fall be like?
Welcome all the new school families to Our Lady of the Snows and to this e-newsletter. This is part of my communications to the parish and school so that people are informed about events and happenings from the spiritual to the communal.
We will bless all the students and school staffs this weekend at all masses. It won't matter whether Catholic, Private, Public or Home.
The First School Mass will be Sept 9th. Until then Weds am mass will be in the chapel. Once the school mass begins, that will be in the church. As reminder, we lock the doors for safety at 8:46am, so please arrive early (and do not bring coffee or anything into the church).
Heads up, the week of August 31, I will be away until Friday attending a workshop in Oregon. Friday. Boby will be away at a wedding back east. No daily masses that week.
