Pastor's Notes
Happy Labor Day to all.
Due to me being at the workshop this is coming late this weekend. It was a nice workshop about a change in the final formation of priests. This takes place now in parishes, so Pastors need to be trained on how to do this important work. This does NOT mean we are getting a transitional deacon anytime soon; it just means I am being trained.
A reminder that the offices are closed on Monday for Labor Day, and mass will be at 9am.
Fr. Boby will be away on vacation starting next weekend. While away, there will not be mass on Friday Mornings. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Stewardship
This weekend is the 2nd collection for the Seminarian Education fund. These remain in our diocese to fund the formation of men as priests for our diocese. We currently have six in our diocese, and one to probably be ordained in June. It costs around $50K per year per person. So your donations really mean a lot!
Next weekend Br. Jude from the Glenmary Missions will be with us speaking about their work. Please be attentive
Sept 13 is the Fall festival as well. It starts after the 10am mass (so 11amish). Please attend.
